Born on a Blue Day by Daniel Tammet

Tammat became famous for being able to correctly recite 22,514 digits of pi from memory - or at least from inside his amazing mind. Classified as a savant whose amazing abilities are aided by a condition known a synesthesia which enables him to assign shape and color to specific numbers, he has learned to speak 10 different languages - some in just a week. Childhood epilepsy and his autism have made his life challenging but in the end he seems to have found a way to be happy and successful. His story is fascinating.
