The True and Outstanding Adventures of the Hunt Sisters: A novel by Elisabeth Robinson

Olivia Hunt is trying to make her way as a Hollywood producer. We learn about her life through the letters she writes to people she loves and people she is pretty pissed at. One of the things we learn is that her younger, more lovable sister Maddie is dying of cancer. The epistolary style allows us to see all the sides of Olivia - her caustic business self, the bruised love starved side and the complicated role she plays inside her family. Although I must admit I skimmed over some of the rambling Hollywood business parts and didn't find Olivia really likable, I did enjoy the exploration of the multiple faces we wear in our lives.
